3/4 cup nonfat sour cream

Tips Storing Uncooked BeefStore uncooked beef in the coldest part of the refrigerator in its original packaging. If wrapping is damaged, rewrap in plastic or foil. Use beef within 4 days. An uncooked roast can be frozen for up to 6 months. Wrap in freezer wrap, freezer bags, or foil. Press out air and seal. Label and date package.
